Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? Here's how it works, stage by stage — and your rights as a UK consumer.
Before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. The sooner you write, the easier it is — orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days, and asking on day one almost always works.
Because some orders are dispatched quickly (and some are sent directly by suppliers), we can't guarantee cancellation is always possible — but we'll always try. When you write, include your order number (it starts with #) so we can find it instantly.
After dispatch
Once an order is on its way, we can't stop it — but you're still covered. Simply refuse the delivery, or accept it and return it under our Returns & Refunds policy. As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, so an order that arrives unloved is never a dead end.
Preorder items
Preorder pieces can be cancelled any time before dispatch — the shipping estimate is on the product page. If a preorder ships from a supplier, tell us as early as you can and we'll pass the cancellation on the same day.
The three scenarios at a glance
Not yet prepared
Easiest case — we cancel and refund in full, usually the same working day.
In preparation
We'll try to catch it. If we succeed: full refund. If not: refuse on arrival or return it within 14 days.
Already dispatched
Refuse the delivery or return it on arrival — you have 14 days from receipt as a UK consumer.
How to request a cancellation
- Contact us (or email info@nolima.co.uk) with your order number.
- Say whether you'd like to cancel the whole order or part of it.
- We'll confirm by email whether the cancellation succeeded — check that email before ordering a replacement, just in case.
Refund timing: once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Our payment providers release it immediately; most banks show it within a few working days, some up to 10. Details in the Payment Policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page affects your rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason or no reason at all. The practical steps are in our Returns & Refunds policy, and we'll always honour them.
