Help us help you faster
Please include your order number (it starts with #) for anything order-related — it lets us pull up your order immediately instead of asking back and forth. It also helps to include:
- The email address used to place the order, if you're writing from a different one.
- The product name or link for product questions.
- A photo if something arrived damaged or incorrect — a clear picture of the item and the packaging speeds up a replacement or refund.
- For sizing questions, your measurements (see the Size Guide for how to take them).

2. We read it and investigate — checking your order, stock, or with the brand where needed.
3. We reply with a clear answer or a fix — replacement, refund, or the information you asked for.
