We are curators, not manufacturers
Nolima is not a manufacturer. We curate pieces from selected jewellery brands and wholesale suppliers whose work meets our standard for design, finish and value. Our job is to find pieces worth owning, describe them honestly, and get them to you smoothly — the making is done by the brands and workshops we partner with, under their processes and standards.
This model is how we can offer such a wide choice of designs at accessible prices. It also means the brand name on a product page is the brand that made the piece — see Brand Partners & Authenticity for what that guarantees.
How your order reaches you
Depending on the piece, your order is fulfilled through one of these routes:
Our own stock & fulfilment partners
Many pieces are picked, checked and dispatched by our team or an approved fulfilment partner we work with under our instructions.
Direct from the brand or supplier
Some pieces are dispatched directly by their maker. Where that's the case, it's shown on the product page — you'll always know before you buy.
The same standard, every route
Whichever route your order takes, it meets the same service standard: prepared within 1–3 working days, tracked where available, and supported by our team end to end.
What we check before a piece is listed
- Design review — would we wear it? Does it add something our collection doesn't already have?
- Materials & finish — what it's made of and how it's finished, described accurately on the product page (see the Materials Guide).
- Sizing & dimensions — where we hold measurements, they're listed on the product page and in our Size Guides.
- Supplier standing — official sourcing channels, consistent quality, and honest communication when something changes.
Honest product information
Product pages tell you what we know: materials and finish, dimensions where we hold them, care guidance, and whether the piece ships directly from its maker. If information is missing or unclear, ask us — we'd rather answer a question than have you guess. And if a piece ever arrives not as described, that's on us to fix: see Returns & Refunds.
Packaging
Pieces are packed for safe travel — protected first, pretty second. Depending on the route your order takes, packaging comes from Nolima or from the brand itself; either way it's suitable for gifting, and branded items include the maker's own packaging where the maker provides it.
