I ordered a gift during the holiday season. It ultimately was lost in delivery but customer service was so quick to assist--they resent my order and it arrived less than 2 days later. Upon receiving the order, the horsebit stone ring was beautiful--great quality. My only issue was that the gold color was more yellow than I was expecting so it doesn't match other standard gold jewlery in the way that I would have liked and I should have ordered a larger size as it only fits one of my sisters fing...
